I was trying to install a new antenna in my 95 GXE because my retractable antenna broke. so i cut the power wire to the antenna motor to stop it from making noise and I ended up cutting two different wires because i did not know which to cut because they both led to the antenna mast in the trunk. I did this last week. I didnt get any problems until i connected the new antenna wire to one of the antenna wires in the trunk. Basically, my power windows and power locks and my stock keyless entry don't work. The only window and lock that still works is the drivers door. I've checked all the fuses and they look good. I can't tell if the fusible links are burnt because i can't see inside them.
Any help will be appreciated.

 

You may have in-advertantly created a new circuit with the antenna job in the trunk. this new circuit might not blow a fuse, but make things stop working. Un-do the stuff in the trunk and see if everything returns back to normal.
Then go from there.
