Spare tire FYI...

OK, for those of you who check it often, this is like Duh!!

However for those of us who let checking it go for longer than we really should, I checked mine today and found it had only half of the recommended pressure. Also, over time and with Houston heat, it actually got 'stuck' to the material below it and I had to use a piece of lumber to gently pop it free.

Just thought this might serve as a reminder to check that baby before you need it and it isn't ready.

Keep one in the trunk as well! Just thought about checking it so I don't have to sit on the roadside inflating a spare (especially since those things are 60psi tires) and have to deal with the 'cool down' period of a compressor.
