Question about elevation

What elevation is the track(s) that you go to?
How much do you think elevation affects your ¼ mile time?
I went to the track for the first time this past weekend. My track was at 4500 feet. My time was 15.724 @ 91.82 mph.
I didn’t do very well. I need to learn how to launch better so I get a 60’ of 2.1 - 2.2 rather than 2.4 - 2.5.

I think elevation has a lot to due with 1/4 times. The elevation of the track in the town where I live is 4800 feet or something. Cars up here that run low to mid 14's are considered "fast".

yes if you are N/A elevation affects your time alot, my track which is almost 6000 feet most n/a cars loose more than a sec than compared to sea level, The correction is different with boosted cars but if you are n/a then yes your elevation of 4800 feet will affect your cars time.
