Eclipse Amplifiers... Good, Bad, Alternatives?

I want to get:
Eclipse CD5423 Head Unit
Focal Polyglass 165 V2 (6½" Components)
Focal Polyglass 165 CV (6½" Coaxials)
Eclipse EA3422 4-channel 50wx4 @ 4ohm
123W x 4 Channel Max. Power Output at 2 Stereo
70W x 4 Channel 0.1% THD at 2 Stereo @13.8V (RMS Continuous Power)
50W x 4 Channel 0.1% THD at 4 Stereo @13.8V (RMS Continuous Power)
ChannelFlex Crossover
Adjustable High-Pass Frequency (50–200Hz, L/R Independent)
Low-Pass Frequency (90Hz)
Adjustable Bass-Boost Level (45Hz, 0–9dB, F/R Separate)
High-Current, High-Speed Output Devices
High-Efficiency, High-Energy MOSFET Power Supply
Audiophile Grade Component Selection
Intelligent 7-Way Discrete Protection Circuitry
Noise Reduction with Low Distortion & Ultra-Low Negative Feedback
High-Level Input – Add on Capability
Epoxy Composite PCB
2 Stable Design

Sub & Sub Amp to come later when funds are more readily available.

What do you guys think of that amp? I will post it's specs and you guys can tell me what you think. I am not even 100% sure on the retail of it, i have to call up the guy i go to and ask him. Any help and opinions would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to add, i can get the HU for $325 installed and the V2's for $350 installed and the CV's for about $380 installed. I want to keep the price range for the amp reasonable, not crasy high. I mean $350 for speakers is high, but not as high as you could go with car audio, and we all know things can get crasy.
Thanks guys!

Look for the group deal thread on the Diamond Audio HEX components, I think you will definately be happier with them.

As for the Headunit, that price is a little steep, and if you would like I would be more than happy to beat it for you. As a long time Eclipse dealer I dont thing you can go wrong with their amps. I personally have them in my car.

Very nice setup, and I believe I have it all in stock. I can beat that price by about $40 on the headunit.

Well the guy can do it for $275 but the price installed would be $325. I would not be installing the headunit myself, only of fear i might screw stuff up with wiring and such. I heard you had a shop in Edison? I live in Glen Rock which is right next to Ridgewood. Can you give me a price on the amp(Eclipse PA5422) that i have listed as well as the best price you can do on the head unit(Eclipse CD5423) since the price you thought i was getting the HU at was $325 i would be getting it at $285 with your $40 off the $325. PM me about it. Thanks alot Don.

Jalal,

The price I said at $285 IS installed. Since we seem to have similiar taste...come down and hear my car before you buy anything
I have the PA5422 hooked up to HEX components coming from the AV8022 HU.
