easy way to check is

get in your car and lock your doors. then stick your key in the ignition and take it out repeatedely about 10 times in a row and if you have factory keyless, your blinkers will blink.

that or just go look in the trunk for a little computer in the passenger side rear quarter panel above and a little to the left of the jack, when looking towards it

Yeah - it was part of the security and conv package. If you have a power driver's seat, lighted vanity mirrors etc - then you have the keyless entry as well.

If I had an aftermarket alarm installed, would they have to disable the keyless entry?

nope, but it would be a good idea, bc the aftermarket one should have its own keyless entry
