Selling dearest friend

I'm thinking about selling my 2002 Maxima. Could anyone give me a average selling price?

Automatic
33000miles (almost all highway)
Black on Black leather
Loaded, except nav
New Michelin Pilot Sports all around (about 3000miles on them)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's very complicated but I'll make $6,500 and have a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 with a 25,000 mile warranty.
