You can't buy Xenons for our cars, You can only buy HID's and there is no best one, There all the same.
Some good companies are Hanabi, Catz, Phillips, and Osram Zenark.

Actually, with a HID kit, the bulbs contain xenon gas.... some are better than others, depending on what you are after... color, (temp) or lumens.
