Bank 1 O2 sensor needs replacment..help?

Got a service engine soon light. Brought my car to the dealer. They told me it was a bank 1 O2 sensor shot. They won't cover it because of my cattman y-pipe. How much do these cost and how long do they take to replace? I was told 1.5hrs and another fee for reprograming my ecm? Help?

You seem to have a number of problems with your Max ... wheel bearings, etc. How many miles on your car?
