You'll probably scrape no matter what. If you are lower and have a body kit, you will eventually scrape, especially in Boston.

I am in Chicago and I had Stillen/Intrax/Tokico for about a year. This past winter my lip got f*cked up, but other then that I really didn't have any problems with scraping neither the lip or the rears.

Very true, even stock cars with no kit scrape. It's all about the technique of driving a lowered car. Approach all driveways parallel with the curb and turn and drive in.

Also, polyurathane kits flex, while fiberglass just cracks. Keep that in mind when buying a kit.

I get lots of compliments from people on my setup...

Stillen front spoiler, Ionic sides and rear valences, MaxSpeed springs and AGX susp parts...

and you will scrape no matter but I like the urethane front for many reasons but there are lots of new styles on teh marlet these days that if you are careful will last a long time trouble free for a while I am sure.

Thanks. But is it worth it to drop and have a kit?

i think that it is. but dont go too low unless u have a urethane kit. my skyline kit isn't urethane but i think it will look great with the H&R set up, and not scrape.

Do you have a pic of the skyline kit on your car?

I see WizzaMax has the Ionic 2 piece Rear. I want the Ionic one piece rear...I am sitting on Dropzone springs/KYB AGX ...Does anyone have this setup or have an idea if this would be legit. Is it too close to the ground = major scraping. Any ideas would be appreciated....

its all about how u drive but if u want the best precaution, get maxspeed springs, sometimes they dont even look like the car is dropped but its a little better than stock, dont get SPRINTS, i have it without a body kit and scrape lol
