Today I just received an email from paypal indicating that a fraudulent account was used to pay for an item that I was selling. I have record of the correspondance between myself and the buyer, and an unconfirmed shipping address and his email. What is the best course of action to take to resolve this matter? Any help appreciated.

 

Damn man...an unconfirmed Pay Pal account/address should never be sold to by a vendor (IMHO). Pay Pal might be able to help you out (if they haven't already given you any info)...

Did you already get your money, did the part already get shipped?

 

I received money about a week ago and paypal didn't send me anything about the fraudulent payment until this morning. So the item was shipped already.

 

If you shipped it fedex, ups and or you have a tracking number tell them to return the package ASAP. Try that
