70 bucks...fu ck no. too much for a cosmetic BS mod. those things were made for about 2 dollars. if we got 20 people to buy i think a fair price for all the pedals would be abou $35-45. i could get RAZOs which are much better known and prolly better gripping for a better price than 70 bucks. thats not low enough.

You know what. I really have to say that i resent people implying that we are trying to screw you guys and gals. That is a discount from Nissan List. You people think that we can make 2% on parts and make aliving. Let's be fair. When a vendor such as myself offers a price, it is with the idea of offering something GOOD to you people. Yes, we make money, but very little when you ask for your deals.

Max AE Dead Pedal?
Hey Ken,
Courtesy doesn't show the dead pedal on their site for the 2000 Maxima. Is this the same dead pedal that's offered for the 350Z, or is it specifically for the Max? This is the first time I've seen an AE dead pedal for the Max...
thanks!

These prices aren't that high. Depending on shipping, they might be cheaper than Courtesy's prices. You can't ask for something expensive and expect a super cheap price.

Personally, I think the pedals are a lot of money. I do not think JRNissan is screwing anyone, I just think they have a relatively high initial cost and then JR sells them for a fraction more than they pay for them.
Personally, I wouldnt pay more than 25-$30.00 for pedals for the car but thats just me.

Then don't buy them. Why do you people come on here to b!tch and moan? That is what the pedals cost, if you don't like it then don't buy them...simple as that. I paid around $50-$55 from Courtesy Nissan and that was for a whole set including the 350z dead pedal.

If they wanted to be purchased for the original price the post wouldve have been created to read "Where can I buy AE pedals?"

As the old saying goes...you get what you pay for. To me, $50 or so for a set of real AE aluminum pedals isn't too much to ask. Just my $.02.

Man, I read the whole thread. Some people are b!itching for no reason. Just because someone starts a thread asking for a group deal does that mean they get it? JR posted their price and also mentioned Courtesy Nissan, a competitor, as a convenience to everyone reading his thread. You can see that they're both in the same ballpark, so I don't understand what the beef is. Like I said, if you don't think aluminum pedals and a dead pedal are worth $50 then just move on, this "mod" isn't for you. Maybe you should look into Wild *****'s replica pedals (which actually cost MORE than the OEM ones by the way). But to say that they're made for $2 is just ignorant and implies that he's trying to rip us off.
