I GOT A PROBLEM WITH MY MAXIMA WHENE I START UP MY CAN IN A MONING I GET A SQUKING SOUND FROM MY CAR TELL ME WHAT CAN IT BE IS IT BAD OR EASY TO FIX???

You probably need to tighten the belt tensioner. That should fix it.
And quit typing in caps please. Go to a write up page on how to change your belts and then figure out where the tensioner is and tighten it a little. You problem should be solved.

Replace the belt and/or tighten your tensioner.........
