When I cut my Wheel, I hear a Clicking Noise from my Engine. I had my car parked, and I want it to see how bad the tires are. I started the car, and I cut the wheel and I had the hood open. Then I heard Clicking Noise and this happens when the wheel gets cut all the way to the left/right. Is that normal?. Should it make that type of noise.

 

If you were moving I'd say bad CV Joint....but you weren't moving, right?

Bad tie rod?
