Switching to 3.125" Pulley

Currently running the following:

V1 SC
3.25" Pulley
1 step colder NGK Coppers gapped to .036
T-Rex Aux. Fuel Pump
Stock FPR
MEVI
SAFC I

I don't have a FP Gauge installed, but currently my EGT's never read over 1400f, even at full boost.

What things do need to do to boost safely with the smaller pulley?
Also, do I need to shave anything down on the V1 SuperCharger to keep the belt from shredding with a 3.125"?

Thanks,
IanS

I would have the 8:1 disc handy just in case.

No shaving needed on the plate

Alotta grinding.. I had to chop off one of the posts so my belt wouldn't rub on anything..

You don't need to grind the plate... Cumalot musta been confused with his V2 kit.

I am on the 3.0 pulley and everything is fine.

I never had any problems with a V1 + 3.125, I never ground or mod'd anything on the plate.

I forgot which belt I used but it was a gatorback.

Well, I'm thinking my Gates belt from the 3.25" pulley will work fine with the 3.125"
