How is the ride on stock struts with H+R's?

H&R + Tokico Blues up Front & KYB GR2's in the rear = smoother then stock ride with better handling and a lil lower.

Newman-how many miles on those stock struts w/ H&R's? I've had my H/R's in the garage awaiting GR2's whose GD has just fallen through. The Max guys around here are saying NOT a good idea for the stock struts w/those springs. I'm dying to lower that SUV Max of mine a bit, still waiting for some new struts to go with them I guess.

its been about 10,000 miles since i put them on. getting aftermarket struts would be the best thing to do but it is definitely not necessary. H&Rs are fine on stock struts. there is nothing to worry about.

its not necessary, but it would be good to get some aftermarket struts, just to be safe.

EDIT- in the long run, it will be useful to get some aftermarket struts.

the H&R are the closet to the stock spring, they are the softest and dont drop as much as the other springs. Some guy had H&Rs on stock struts/shocks for 20k he said he never had a problem.
