18x8's rims..

Ok.. I tried last week and nobody responded so it's Monday and we'll see if someone can help me today... I'm going to order my rims today and I'm wondering if 18x8 with a 35mm offset will work without rubbing.. The sales man said they won't but was wanting to get input before I get the 40mm offset... I would rather get the 35mm to push out the back wheel closer to the fender but don't want it to rub either... Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated..

Several people have 18x8s with the 35mm offset with no problems. emax02 has integrals in that size and their is a guy with the white Max and 18x8 Superleggeras with the 35mm offset, though I can't remember his username. I pm'ed him and he said he had no issues.

35 offset puts the wheel flush with the fenders. Looks good and it is what I will get when I order my wheels.
