We have been having problems with our family quest lately.
Well we decided to go to Courtesy.

Other then putting on the wrong set of abs brakes.
Making us buy a new battery that wasn't need.
And after weeks of waiting.
The car breaks.
So we take it to another dealer instead.
They told us about the brakes and that they screwed up the car more then fixing it.

Well my brother goes back up to courtesy to see what kind of reinburstment he can get from the car, seeing that the wrong parts were used.

Well the service rep including a mechanic was very very very rude to my brother and made very wrong rude racial slurs toward him.
Well the service manager wasn't there, and they said that he wasn't going to be there for another week.

Wtf kind of service is that.
I've always gone to courtesy for **** and now this?
WTF.

The maxes that we own are the last nissans we will ever own in this house hold.

Very displeased.

Just warning you guys before you go there and be slammed with racial slurs and such.

Good luck

Thats so incredibly lame. I had a bad time with them recently when ordering a part. I got the wrong one, sent it back and got a refund but I was still out shipping twice. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Get parts from Tacomo Nissan in Washington. Their prices are cheaper than Courtesy and their service was much better. When I first got my max and tried to order a RSTB. Whoever answered the phone was rude. I haven't since order anything from Courtesy.

dude

file a complaint. I would, especially if they made a racist statement! Go back there and start *****ing about what the guy said to you. If that doesn't work, give Nissan a call.

i don't think filing a complaint works.
believe or not, back in the old days when i had passion with my maxima and faith in Nissan, I wrote them regarding how my dealer serviec was treating me(blame all problems on my bolt-ons and be rude to me). i typed up it officialy, sent it by fedex, to the nissan-usa, not just complain, also with ideas and suggestion on how to attract more ethusiasts with their cars. Guess what, haven't heard **** from them.

on the other hand, everytime i go to lexus for a minor service, i get 4 calls from 4 different dept and division of lexus just to make sure i am happy with that visit.

talking about customer satisfaction, don't count on Nissan.

Hey woodear, same thing with Infiniti.

I had a super toxic bird shiznit on my trunk, only stayed on for a day and it marred the clear coat, though hardly visible. They are now going to completely refinish my trunk lid, on appointment and with a loaner. I said its not that bad? And the service guy said, some of the birds here have some toxic crap, and it could spread in the future, so we’ll take care of it. I’m mean you can only see it at an angle, and only barley with the right light. Nissan would have said, wash that crap off faster next time, or "you used the wrong cleaning agent."

They sent me surveys, and answer your complaints even! It is like Infiniti is trying to do all the “service” and product while they leave the corporate brand Nissan out to dry? Its weird, its like they are doing it on purpose this way and I’ve tried all 3 driffenet Nissan dealers in my area. And there was a post on here not to long ago about the same thing so it must be ALL Nissan dealers.

BTW, Infiniti is also replacing the G20 with a RWD sports car next year closer to price to he i30, and the new Q is nice to say the least!

The service department made me hate my Nissan, though I loved the car. The messed up my brakes before to! Ughhh, makes me upset thinking about it.

take it back and straight to the service manager---that is if there is absolute proof that they screwed you, then if his attitude is better, get the guy who insulted you and in front of the manager let him know that this person made the comment, this should really embarrass the a**hole and the manager will probably take care of him after he takes care of you. I'd take some kind of action otherwise these people will just continue with such behavior.
