Who interested in a GD For KOPS HID D2R bulbs...

I am trying to gauge interest in a group deal for KOPS HID Bulbs. This would be for the 02-03 guys who want to upgrade their exsiting HIDS to a higher Kevlon. If we can get 10 definite buyer we are looking at a price around $150 a pair shipped.

Optional colors:
6000K - Purple
7000K - Bright white
8000K - Blue

I'm pretty sure you need a HID setup first, before you can upgrade your bulbs to these.

For 4th gens you will need a whole conversion kit...not just the bulbs. Yes all Bulbs come with a 1 yr warranty

These bulbs are HID replacements, not to be confused with HID look-alikes.

Are all of these bulbs DOT approved? I like the blue ones, but am just concerned with being pulled over.

I think anything over like 5300k is technically illegal.. but as long as you stay away from 8000k and up you should be alright.

Hey man, I was just trying to help; I hope your comment wasn't sarrcastic because judging by your first question in the post, it looks like you really thought you could put these bulbs in a non-HID setup.

Trust me I knew from the beginning what HIDs are. You guys take me for an idiot. I'm not a newbie in anyway. Ihave probably been around longer than you have. Why judge if you don't know? Ok i'm out. Take care.

Group Deal

To answer your questions:

maximilion: These bulbs are not DOT approved, however as long as you stay away from the 8000K blue you will not have any problems. Those are the only ones that we have had any problems with.

HitManSE: I will try and keep it going as long as possible if there is interest. Foglight kits are $425 shipped.

This is the count so far:
1.CTmax02 (maybe)
2.NT2SHBBY
3.Triple8Sol
4.02'maxed-out
5.PCGuRu2K
6. 2k2nyc
7. ICULookN
8.
9.
10.

Three more needed and we can go.

Juice....one more thing... why don't you set up a group deal on both the HID upgrade bulbs and also a foglight HID conversion kit??? combine both pricing if there is enough interest... it doesn't make since to upgrade to better HID and not upgrade the fogs as well...

02'maxed-out: The 8000K will not fry your stock wiring harness. The problem I was referring to was with the police pulling people over. And we have only had to deal with that here in NYC. The 8000k bulbs are D2R, they are a direct replacement for your stock 02-03 HID bulbs.

As for the foglight conversion. If we can get 5 people. I may be able to get the price to $400 shipped per kit.

This is the count so far:
1.CTmax02 (maybe)
2.NT2SHBBY
3.Triple8Sol
4.02'maxed-out
5.PCGuRu2K
6. 2k2nyc
7. ICULookN
8.JTMAX97
9.
10.

2 more people...
