I have a WSP Y pipe with the car sound high flow cat. My question is can I just bolt the cat to the stock b pipe? I have the catback on the way. I just need to know if I can do the y pipe and the high flow cat for now till it gets here? any help would be great.

Thank you , this will be my project for the morning then. Has anyone else done this with out the catback system? SHould I expect less gains?

 

There are a couple crimps in the stock b-pipe that restrict the air flow a bit. Not sure why they are there but yeah, you'll gain a few more hp once you bolt up a catback. The biggest gains will come from the y-pipe. People who want to keep the car quiet leave their stock muffler on.
