Full tire size spare

i got an extra 17" rim and i know that the canadain edition maximas have a full tire size spare.

my question is, if it fits nicely inside the trunk's well.

Mine came with a full size spare and it fits just fine. The only difference is the floor of the trunk is raised maybe 1-2" where the spare sits under the mat.

Yea, your trunk carpeting over the wheel will be raised like metaorbit said about 1-2 inches.

how do you define "nicely done"?

It is raised... it is noticeable, although if you use the trunk cover and if you have a trunk mat, it should be just fine.

Take a look at my trunk pics (click the thumbnails) to get an idea of what a full size spare looks like under the mat.

thanks metaorbit
that helped a lot

it seems like the maximas with the full tire spare have a round wood thing above the wheel, so it will look nicer,

mine just sticks out and its more of a square look to it
