Anyone successfully repaired cracks in vinyl door panel?

My drivers side door panel (tan interior) has cracks in the vinyl. Theyre very small (0.5 - 2cm) but there are probably 8 or 12 of them. I'm looking at liquid leather kits, but I have read on the org that some people had trouble matching the color to tan, or that the repair didn't work.
Has anyone been able to repair cracks in parts of the vinyl of the car?

I had some vinyl repaird on my last maxima after it was broken into. They were some cuts on the door panels and the dash, and the insurance paid for a guy to come out and fix it. He did an awsome job IMO. If you looked at it REALLY closely, you could see the texture wasn't quite the same, but you had to look extremely close, and if you didn't know where the damage was, you would probably never notice. This was on a gray interior, don't know if the same would work for beige. Good luck.
