Angel eyes install - i need help

How in the world do you install fog lights on the 01 gxe when it just has the fake air vent inserts? How do i take out the inserts and how do i get the fogs in and mount them?

The plastic grills should just pop right out. But if your car didn't come with fog's you might have to get the stalk with the foglights and the harness for the fogs..

Iv got the same problem, I dont know where to mount these things. I got them riged up right now with zipties. If anyone can help us out plz give us pointers.
