I got alot done today on my car. Lets see, I put my OE horns back in since my airhorns are trashed. I'll get a new set sometime. I fixed my rear tweeter I was moaning about, it turns out that it was not blown, I just resoldered the wire back in, and this time I screwed the tweeters down to the rear deck (I didnt want to punch holes in the rear deck, but oh well). I rewired one of my EQ units so that it is not tapping power off the motorized seats. I was getting popping noises when I adjusted my seats. I still do get a slight noise, probably due to EMI and RFI of the motor since the EQ is right under the seat.

I also removed my front engine mount solid racing strap. It just got way too annoying. For a daily driven street vehicle, the noise and vibration really got to me. My car is quiet at idle once again and is much more refined! Also I dont have anymore clutch chatter thank god.

I got a few estimates on installing the Stillen front lip thats on the way and it looks like its gonna be alot of money, so I'd better start saving. The damage that is already on my front end is showing through and its also starting to flake on certain parts :-( Damn nissan paint.

I also went to a paintless dent repair place to see if they can suck the dent out of my roof from when somebody landed on my roof on superbowl sunday. They want $175 to do it. Yeah right, i'll just leave the dent there unless I really have alot of money sitting around.

My foglight is still drying as I type this, I used a whole crap load of JB weld and it seems like it is going to hold. I will wait until tomorow to put it in, so now I'm driving around with two holes in the lower part of my car where the foglights should be. Wow those holes would make a great ram air induction.

My next project is going to be remote starter, the CD changer input, and also Dave B's stock airbox mod, so I can keep somewhat of a quiet car.
