If you look at the Stillen front lip kit on a 4th gen(97-99) and this one for yalls 5th gen. very closely at the holes like for the Fogs and the louvers on it. There is a very big resemblence on the Fog lights shapes of it and look at the lower holes on the 4th gen.s(97-99) stillen lip underneath the fogs, Spoilers etc just exaggerated them to be bigger. Widened the mouth abit. And those small holes on the very far sides, look at the stillen 4th gen.s(97-99) kit, on the far sides there are little bumps kinda like, Well for the Spoilersetc kit, they exaggerated those bumps into Holes. Guys seriously Look close and examine this kit. Its basically made from the Stillens 4th gen(97-99) front lip! So really its a Stillen kit from a 4th gen.(97-99) exaggerated into this big Front big mouth kit made to fit the 5th gen max! Nothing special!!! Look closely guys, Y2KEVSE take a good look and compare pictures to what Mr. Burner has and a 4th gen.(97-99) Front bumper with a lip you will definately see a resemblence!!! Im not trying to bust any bubbles but thats what I examined in the pics and comparing them with pics that I have. I cant upload any being that I dont have a site to get them off of but seriously take a look. Look at Chestons front pic of his car and Mr.Burners Car. See the resemblence?

Who cares it's something different. I like it and I wanted to get it but stupid spoilers never returns calls/emails.

 

i have called spoilersetc a total of 3 times...once it was busy, once i called to get pricing info and everything, and the third time i called to order...just call them during the day and someone will pickup...i haven't had any email/message experience with them...the shipping took 2 days as they said...the guy was pretty polite...he faxed me the credit card order form and i faxed it back...thats it...it was really easy and quick...just call them during the week sometime around noon or later up until probably 4 or so...i called them at 1 arizona time which is probably 12 or 2 texas time...if you need any info though, i can help

max88q...i got the kit because i think it is the nicest looking kit out for the 2k max...i like the look of the stillen kit, too, but i needed something to replace the entire bumper since that is what insurance covered...i ended up paying $300 out of my pocket...i will get the car back tomorrow or friday and i will try to post pics asap...i kinda see what you are talking about, but the spoilersetc kit has quite a few other differences...just because they put the holes in similar places doesn't mean they copied it...stillen did that because it goes w/ the designs of the car and i'm sure thats why spoilersetc did it...kev, thats a pretty sweet 4th gen...i like it...max88q...i don't really care if it resembles the 4th gen kit because it also resembles lots of kits out for civics, but i like it because it is the only one like it for 5th gens...if you look at the pics w/ my hood up



i think it kinda looks like a mustang cobra r...not exactly the look i'm going for, but thats what i noticed

 

guys I like the kit too. I was jsut pointing something out that I noticed. I liek the kit too. Infact its about time they made another kit for the 5th gen. other than stillen I liek your kit too. I was just pointing out something. I tihnk your car will look tight with it too. Its different and if I had the money and the car Id get that front part too . I wasnt trying to Blow you down man. when it comes yo kits, the ground areas all have some resemblance. some more than others. nothing really stands out in thw two kits, but there's still only little resemblance

 

but tha'ts the first actual kit ever made for our cars. the stillen is just an add on. can't wait to see that car painted mr. burner.

 

mr burner, you ARE gonna put a grille thing to cover the hood release latch right? cant wait to see the finished product.
