i finally figured out how to make my stock foglights really yellow like the GS is.. i will take pics tomorow night.. i have to bring my digi cam home from work... during the day its clear/white like always... and at night its bright yellow like the GS... now i gotta find INDIGLO GAUGES!!! how is that going? im gonna start a new thread about it and see what happends...

Psing how long did it take you take off the lense?

ye YJ i bought a heatgun (gonna return it today hehe) and i sat there for like 5 min and melted the plastic lense at the corner a little bit but its unnoticible... then i tried pulling it off and it was coming out, first i tried to use a screw driver to pry it up a little, but that broke a peice of the metal from the side off but i epoxied that back so its better than new now... well eventually i just started pulling with an oven mit and it came out slowly... so i finally got it out! i will try to take some pictures tonight... i gotta bring my digi cam home from work... BUT THANX for the INFO YJ!! U were a big help!

ye i didnt really like how the foglights look when they are yellow painted during the day... dont take offence YJ and Dave... so i had to do it the harder way!!

 

So what exactly did U paint?? the Inside of the cover?? or the Silver Reflective stuff?????

i didnt paint anything on my install, i found yellow bulb covers.. but i had to do a lot of custom work inside to get them to fit... but u can paint the silver reflector stuff inside... all u have to paint is the back wall... thats what i was going to do until i got the bulb covers...
