Warranty for RT Hi-flo cat???

Anybody know what the warranty is on the Random Technologies catalytic converter?? I bought mine through a group deal in July of 1999 and it's gone bad. I don't have the warranty info with me. For some reason, their website is runnin really really slow for me.
