I'm about to buy a 2000 Maxima SE 5 Speed. I've read around on the forums a little bit, but I was hoping to get a little more help. What I wanted to know was what people though were worthy additions to the car. I'm really interested in suspension. I also want to change the 5 Speed Stick handle (I don't think it looks that good). Any help on items would be greatly appreciated. F.Y.I. I'm going for functionality here more than looks. I'm trying to avoid the type of things that add 5 horsepower, but also add 100 pounds in weight. Also if possible I would like to know where you bought it. Thanks.

I hope to compile a website that will list items that would be useful for someone wanting to mod their car.

Ohh sorry one more request. If anyone know of any good Maxima groups in Atlanta I would like to hear about those as well. Thanks for your time.

As a previous owner of a 2000 5 speed Maximxa SE I would suggest you buy my Stillen intake first. On the same dyno with another 2k 5 speed mine put down about 10 more horsepower across the entire curve. I even have a printout of all our dyno plots on one sheet to prove it!
