I should have been paying attention so bare with me, Koni 101 help please

Since I've always read about different recommended settings for the front and rear Koni's I decided to break them out a play with the adjustment a little.

To begin with the adjustment only adjust the rebound stroke there's 720 degree adjustment of the valve, two full complete revolution.

The +/- arrows got me a little confused. When I adjust the valve to full (+) it makes the rebound stroke very easy and soft. Then when I adjust the valve to full (-) it makes the rebound stroke very hard, VERY hard. Sweet

I thought adjusting to the full (-) side should make it hard and visa versa but no big deal. As long as it works and I know how to adjust them.

So here's my question. If you set the valve to the most softest setting and you have "two full revolution" of the valve where would you recommend setting the valve for the front and rear shock?

For those who has wish they would have set it firmer, where would you have set it.

Is it me or is it kinda cool hearing the fluid flowing in the shock

stiffer rear than fronts like 25-50%front and 75%rear. or 100% front and 0% rear and watch the rear swing out from bump stop.j/k
