dont bother Wayne.

you'll bounce like crazy unless you get the lesser spring setting..

get the sprints if you want lower. but i've known people with the GCs before and they hated it..

Sprint???

No offense to anyone, but Sprint springs aren't worth the time and money that you spend on them. They sag, and do not have the same spring rate for every spring, therefore one might sag further than the others. I have had customers that "requested" them, so I did it. They had nothing but problems...

I have GC coilovers for $385, and recommend them (for adjustability). Yes, they are bouncy, but you can't beat them for performance in turns, etc. The solution to that is to buy adjustable shocks, so you can "fine tune" your suspension to your personal tastes.

If you want just regular springs, hop up to H&R, or Eibach.

Just a word from installation experience....heh. Later.

yea, thats a good idea about replacing the shox. I already got my Sprints and happy for it. I got it for 133 shipped from SouthWEst autoworks. I love them and they work fine. Wished i got coilovers though.

As long as you dont slam it so you hit the bumpstops all the time and have adequate damping from your struts/shocks, you are fine with the Ground Controls. The springs isnt what really causes the bouncyness, its the struts not being able to dampen or slammed too much. You can get a lower spring rate and your ride will prolly be softer, but if you dont have good struts/shocks, youll bounce on 600lb, 450lb, or 300lb.
