What to do to the maxima?

Yes im a newbie so be gentle. I read the stickies for newbies. I was wondering where to start on the maxima? Should I go for more power or suspension or something else? Im wanting opinions from the guys that have done some mods and can vouch for the mods they did. The car im about to buy is a 96 black on black fully loaded se with an auto(girlfriends) with 91,500 miles for $6,850. I know JWT make mods for the auto trans but is there anyone else besides level 10 for converters, shift kits, or valve bodies?
Thanks in advance,
Jared

The best mods to satrt out would be a Y-pipe and a rear sway bar. These are fairly affordable and you will notice the difference right away.

Yes, get a good tune up and Y-Pipe first.

After or whenever, do some free mods, (emblem shaving, body colored door pillars). clean the car, inside and out, engine too. fix all the broken stuff. stuff like that is a good place to start. Oh if you have $$$$ get some nice wheels (wheels make or brake the car).
