Groaning from Front Dr side 4 months after suspension install. Help!

I am getting a loud, annoying groaning from the Front Dr side of my 96, 4 months after completing my suspension install. It just started. I used spring wrap AND OEM isolators. Could the sprign rotated away from the perch? Could the isolator have worn away? Could the spiral wrap have moved?

What is the best way to check things out, on the ground or jacked up?

Any suggestions or thoughts, guys? It came on all of the sudden.

Springs are H&Rs, Struts are Tokicos. Springs are on right-side-up.

mine passenger side groans too

but only when braking and making left turn coming to complete stop - like pulling into parking spot - its weird - i do all my suspension work and never had this groan ( right) wheel. but i just got the alignment done , so i 'm not meesing with it till it's the time to put stock SE springs on ( winter)

Nick.

good luck with the problem , keep updatet any any issues leading to resolve the groan.

Just replaced those 4K ago when I did the suspension. I COULD have a bum bearing, but how do I know?
