Passenger Door Light

Hey..
I remember reading a while back that there were problems with the passenger door light not coming on. I don't know if someone already got it to work, but I had the same problem where only the driver's door would come on. I found out that the problem isn't the ground wire. It's the window switch board! When I did my blue LED window switch mod on the driver's door, I realized that when the board was unplugged, the door light went out. I went to a junkyard to get a passenger window switch board and now it's all good

hey bluA32 I was the one who posted the problem with the passenger door light not lighting up. I still haven't gotten it fixed. The weird thing is my passenger courtesy light conducts 12.7 volts just like the drivers side when tested with a multimeter. It's not the bulb either cuz it works fine when I put it on the other side. How much did you get yer passenger window switch board for? My windows are working fine? You think that really is the problem? Thanks

Hey,
My windows worked fine too, but the light didn't come on. My situation was, bulb works but the current going to the light slowly dies. I think the window switch is the problem because once I changed it, it works. I got mine for 20 bux from a junkyard. Hope you can find one too
