Dyno proven b-pipe & test pipe.

I dynoed the car yesterday with speedemn. I posted the results in the canadian forum but I figured I should add them here too for proof that a SC with crummy exhaust, no MEVI and no AFC can still lay down some decent numbers.

Speed mods at the start:
Stillen V1 SC w/3.00" pulley and CAI
Budget crush-bent 2.5" y-pipe (when I bought it I thought it was mandrel and didn't see em install it)
Stillen SS Exhaust (not cat-back)

I layed down a grand total of 232hp and 220tq. I was gonna puke because everyone I've seen has done nearly 250+ or higher on the boards. Jer was there 2 weeks prior and dynoed 220 (down from a previous 265ish) and this guys dyno is suppose to be notoriously low. We then installed afew things for the next pull:

Added mods:
Budget mandrel bent 2.5" b-pipe
Budget test pipe

We let her rip, and the first time dynoed 267hp/256tq (270hp uncorrected -- torque was off due to a auto tranny dyno spike). I was much happier, and it was followed by a nearly consecutive run, which put down HIGHER numbers, at 269hp/236tq (272hp uncorrected). Needless to say, the stock b-pipe was kinked to about 1" of clearence through it, and was completely suffocating my car. It's running a lot nicer now, and it's good to know that my $300CDN b-pipe + test pipe wound up getting nearly 40fwhp. Morale of the dyno? DON'T RUN SC'S WITH STOCK EXHAUST hehe.

S-AFC soon to come! MEVI & 3.00" exhaust later.
