3 Gauge Pillar from Custom Max

Got that in but I think that is for 52mm Gauges. Question for those who have 60mm Gauges, did you guys trimmed it to fit the 60mm gauges?

Hey Oss. Yeah, for the 60mm gauges, all you have to do is trim the outside diameter of the hole out. Very easy. I have not had to do that becuase I have the Autometer gauges.

I have the same pillar from the GD, so the guages are 52mm?

Yes, you can do it with a Dremel. Just take it slow and constantly test fit the gauge. You don't want to enlarge the circle evenly - trust me on this - or you'll end up with a small gap (gaps). I have 2 60mm gauges and 1 52mm. The 52 dropped right in. I have, bottom to top, 60mm, 60mm, 52mm. I'm thinking I need to make it 60mm, 52mm, 60mm for visibility but it's really not a problem.

Also, my suggestion is to orient your guages so that normal operating range or peak (for boost) is at the 9 o'clock position since that's easiest to see and recognize.

edit:
P.s. I bought mine from http://www.propods.com , which happens to be the same place Greg (Custom Maxima) sourced them from. Prices are about the same but ProPods was a few bucks less at the time I bought mine.

I knew you weren't done modding Oss!!!!! Make sure you take some pics when you're done.

The pod has 2 1/16" openings but I'm sure it's easy to dremel them larger.

I'll be upgrading to Autometer Ultra Lite Pro Comp series gauges soon to replace my Phantom series
I like the aluminum bezel on the Ultra Lite series better than the black bezel on the Phantom series...
