GD: Toyo Proxes T1-S's

I am going to attempt to start this group deal for various sizes of Toyo Proxes T1-S's but I need a list of tires that you guys want. I also need you to list a 'fair' target price for the specific tire you want. And remember these tires are among the most expensive summer tires on the market but if we get about 10 people to commit we can get better pricing on them. I already bought my set and got an awesome deal on them, even cheaper than I could find listed on any website. So I won't be included in the deal.

Here is the link to the size chart.

http://www.toyo.com/tires/tire_specsheet.cfm?id=2

After driving on these tires for a week I must say they are nothing short of amazing. Imagine having a drag radial, a road race tire, and a rain tire all at the same time. I can now drive my car as I please in almost all conditions. I find puddles of water just to run through to watch the water fly and the car stays planted firmly on the ground. Last night I tested them on the nitrous and I sprayed a big shot of gas in 1st gear. They did spin some but the car just pulled as if it had a small set of drag slicks. Anyone who loves to actually 'drive' their Maxima deserves to have a tire this good.

OK this is going pretty good now. If I can get 10 requests by Monday that should bring the price down even more from the source.

What size do you need? Perhaps we can come up with an alterantive or they have new stuff not on the list.

OK. How about 255/40/18 in the T1-S if it is new and not listed, or what else does your contact handle in this size??

Here is the price list on 1010tires.com http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?ti...=Proxes+T1%2DS

Im guessing the group deal pricing will start at 15% to 20% or more, better than theirs.

Scratch me from the list. I can do better on price even after 20% off.

I don't have factual prices posted. No names are on the list but since you want to be like that you're now out of the deal.

I will check into it for you tomorrow as I promised. But I doubt they make a 60 series Z rated tire.

We need to finish the deal with 10 sets of tires.

How many more people do you need? I'd be interested, but I'm still stuck deciding which rims and size to get.

There is no 225/50-17 in the T1-S. You can pick another Toyo tire and we can use that in the group deal. If you want a T1-S you'lll have to use a 235/45-17 or a 245/45-17, both of which fit just fine.

The sizes I have prices for are at the top of this thread. I just looked through the Toyo site and I can't find any 225/50-17.

The 245/45 will keep your speedometer perfect and put alot more rubber on the ground. I have pictures for those who don't think they fit well.

I seriously doubt this thing is going to be soon. Most people would rather be cheap and buy Kumhos or something.
