Suspension techniques are stiff springs.
H&R's are nice and soft.

What do you want from your suspension setup, a nice ride and imporved handling or a stiff ride for perhaps even more agressive driving? Both springs drop about the same.

I've had both. H&Rs all the way. The H&Rs give a lower drop, far better handling, and most importantly they ride 20X better.
