Just tried to verify the top speed on my 2000 Max SE and got to 220 KMH and whoa all of a sudden it was like the fuel shut off and speed dropped to about 180 and power came back on. Does anybody know what this is about? Is there an electronic speed limit on this car? At the rate my speed was increasing I could have probably hit 230 or more and that's with a headwind.
