Slight Grinding noise when braking

I have recently began to notice a slight grinding noise when I push the brakes. It is more noticeable at higher speeds. I have 34k, does this mean that it is time for some new brake pads, and if so then what are some good ones to get?

Is it just a grinding noise? or does it also shake the car a little too?

If its shaking the front a little under hard braking could be roters or with the noise prob. just may need pads.

there is a slight shake but only when they get hot.....mostly it is just the grinding.....I this the normal life expectancy out of these stock pads.

I get a moderately light humming sound when I apply the brakes. It happens at all speeds. The car only has 6700 miles on it. Theres only an occasional jutter in the wheel. Need help too.

The pads Nissan supplies are perfectly good IMO, just put a new set on my car and no complaints thus far.
