Emissions test today... with only a downpipe
Well it's a long story about our VET (vehicle emissions testing) and why I had to go
but I ended up going in today with no muffler, no exhaust piping, no cat, nothing except a short downpipe coming out at the front tires. I thought going (and passing) last time without a muffler was funny (and loud) but this time was hilarious. First, they cant find my exhaust tip - because it's not there. Then they can't even find any piping to probe, even when I show it to them. They got 5 people working on it well, you can see what the conclusion was
didn't even fail, i got "rejected"
good news is, I got the 60 day extension I wanted.. because I am exempt as of october 31st
