Carbon Fiber 97-99.5 Stillen Lip replica...

I have been talking to Jose from IONICDYNAMICS.COM, and we would like to know if there is any interest in a carbon fiber replica of the 97-99 Stillen lip. We would need 10 confirmed orders. Please post if you have any intrest in having the lip made in carbon fiber.

Hi! yes I would be willing to make a close Carbon fiber replica of this lip, the price would be around the 275-300 dlls ball park. I would be a perfect fit and I would have to engeneer the proper mounting spots.

This is a pretty good price considering you wouldn't really need to paint it unless you wanted to. A regular stillen lip + paint could easily come out to be more expensive. Bump for a good idea.

Wouldn't just a c/f lip look funny if you have the regular kit? If Jose would come out w/ side skirts and rear valences + the lip. Then count me in

Hi! I'm not going to produce a full kit in C fiber, it would be too much time and money to get it completed. I have seen many cars with just a front C fiber lip and it looks just fine

The turn around time on this project will be about 4 weeks. after those four weeks we will start production.

stupid question...you know on the urethane kits when you scrape the ground it flexes but doesnt break. what would happen when the lip is carbon fiber? isnt there a chance you oculd break/crack the lip?

Hi guys!

I have three org members on my end that are serious about getting the CF lip, and 1FASTMAX have two more on his side

that makes a total of seven lips to be made, this will be good enough for me to start production on these but the first ten orders will receive a special Xmas low price. They will be made from top quality Carbon Fiber, super high gloss finish and UV resistant.

Hi guys!

The GD price for the lip will be 350 shipped (please keep in mind that the shipping alone is 100 dlls+).

We test fitted it on my max today and it was a perfect fit. I will have pictures of how it looks installed tomorrow.

Two modifications were made to the original lip. First we had to make the bottom of the lip in a single thick piece, we did this to make the lip stronger and to ensure a perfect symmetry of the CF weave. The second modification was that we smoothed out the lip where it wraps around the fenders thus eliminating those bumps.

We have three in stock now and will be making more every day.
