I have the older Blitz BOV w/horn attached. It's not very loud at all with the hood shut. With the hood open on the other hand, it's quite loud and definately makes people notice. I'm an automatic so it may be more noticable since it occurs a lot more in a 5 speed.

Personally if I had to get another one I'd get the HKS SSQV one. That ones real noisy

I have the old kind with the horn, and I don't know if its the same kind Ereet has, becuase its very loud. It's ear peircing loud with the hood open, i'm talking deafening. Also VERY audible while driving, especially on the highway, and especially when the air outside is cooler.

heres a pic:

Yeah, I got the same one as Craig, but as I said, mines a lot less loud.

Dunno why, stick/auto might have something to do with it.

I have the newer one on there the Blitz Dual drive, you can adjust it, just loosen the 10mm nut and turn the screw with an allen wrench rev it up until you get the sound you desire. I just got that one this past march.
