I've broken one before. Couldn't get just that bolt for days, so bought the entire tensioner pully kit for like $50.
Max4Speed - Oddly enought, I'm 95% sure I've got a brand new one sitting in my garage at home. I ordered the tensioner bolt for the PS pump and got the bolt you need. Let me look when get home. If you want it I'll send it to you for the cost of shipping.
did you use the correct belt size? maybe it is all the way down already.
one time the tensioner adjusting bolt got stuck by the shredded belt, I had to take it apart and clean it with brake cleaner.

BTW how hard is it to replace this this assembly? NOOBIE here.
I bent mine once while tightening a pulley, forgot to loosen the pulley bolt before turning. Cost me $55 to buy the whole assembly from the dealer.
It's not particularly hard to get to, but it's really, really annoying. You have to work from under the car and remove the pulley. It's hard to get everything up there lined up while you tighten. But it's not hard at all to replace, just be patient. If you have gear wrenches, it makes the job easier to get the pulley bolt back on.

I use 2.87 pulley. gates belt does not make a perfect size for my pulley, the one they have is a bit longer. My belt is a bit loose, but it still pass the tension test.
usually nissan sells the tension adjusting bolt with the bracket.
