cattman y pipe

When you visit cattman.com to purchase the pipe, it says that it is not intended for road use. Does this mean that if I buy it, I won't be able to pass smog?

no ****. Y-pipes are illegal and for off-road use only. It removes 2 pre-cats so do the math. This question is really stupid as there are 20 asked in a week. Search next time please...
