Were any white Titanium Editions made?

I can't seem to find any pictures of a white TE. I'm looking to get TE wheels for my white 2001 SE and would like to see what the wheels look like. If anyone has one, please post pics. Thanks!

There was only one color for the TE, Titanium, all other colors of the '03 were on regular GXE, SE, or GLE's.

What are you talking about???? Dude they made all colors in the Titanium Edition...it has nothing to do with the exterior color of the car. It adds different rims, Bose sound system, AE style door sills, side air bags, rearview mirror compass, etc.

AnthonyC...to answer your original question...yes there are white TEs out there. I have one! I can take some pics for you if you like...just tell me what angle you're looking for.

The new titanium color, which is called "polished titanium" you could ONLY get that color WITH the titanium edition package. For other colors, it was just an option.

It's a few shades different from Sterling mist. It shines more vibrantly (kind of like how Grey Lustre does), and looks less "brown" in the sunlight.

Gray Lustre is ok. I have that one.
I'm kicking myself too because the dealer had one left with the true titanium edition paint and all. They went to Michigan to get it; it was 1 of 5 left FS in the nation. Only good part is I would have paid $2500 more for it than I did my Gray Lustre. Both cars had same options but that 1 of 5 left didn't make them want to give me a good deal on it.
The titanium is very nice. Oh well.

I love the Titanium color the best, but there were none left in the NE when I went to get mine...I wanted to get mine repainted that color, but if I ever decide to repaint it will probably be like Civic SI blue.

I LOVE that color ........would of loved to get a crack at one, but I don't mind too much with my color either, as I think it looks gorgeous in direct sunlight too...maybe in a couple years, as a "second" car there'll be one for sale...... How pimp!!

I would love to see some pics of the interior of a TE. I am looking for some other interior options for my car. How many things are different compared to a regular GLE?

There have been many threads discussing the TE package and what it includes, I'm sure you can find them by searching. But as far as just the interior goes, I don't think there are many differences. Off the top of my head...

- Titanium colored dash kit (around head unit and air vents)
- AE style door sills
- Rearview mirror compass
- Side airbags
- Bose sound system

That's all I can think of.

I only asked him about the interior differences. I see tons of pics of the wheels and outside of TEs. Just not pics of the interior. Only asking b/c the GLE has wood trim below the climate control, and on all 4 door arm rests. This does look very nice and I like that it is a darker wood grain, but I am looking for somethingin a siver color to match the rest of my car. Thanks.

is it possible for us GLE'ers to remove the woodgrain material and add in a brushed aluminum? This is because we can't really put anything over the wood because the wood is molded

Thats kind of what I am trying to find out. It looks like the TE has the gray plastic(not brushed aluminum) instead of the wood. Does any model come stock with some sort of alluminum instead of wood grain or plastic?

cwebb...I'll take some pics of my dash and door trim tonight and put them up too. I don't think the titanium interior trim would really match any exterior silver Maxima color. I think grey lustre is probably the closest to it. That's the problem I'm having now...finding a dash kit for an aftermarket head unit that matches the rest of the trim is impossible. I might have to get a complete silver dash kit to cover all the pieces.

I can't believe they offerred Polished Titanium, Sheer Silver and Sterling Mist simultaneously in 03.

Btw, here are some shots of the TE interior:

Thanks for the great pics MaximaZero and BiggD23.

I thing the gray door arm rest and gray cosole/ashtry piece would look great in my car! It looks like it matches the stock GLE bose and climate control perfectly. Does anyone know if those pieces are the same color in a stock SE? I wonder If anyone would want to trade me those gray pieces for the woodtrim?

The Silver vents look awesome too. Could you tell me if the clock and side vents are silver(like the middle vents and bose) or gray(like the cosole piece and arm rests). You both seemed to cut those off in your pics.

Thanks, these pics have been a great help. I really think I am going to replace my wood trim now!(only b/c it doesnt quite go with my cars color schemes, like the gray and silver would.)
