I just got a bit of road rash today on a rim, and its eating away at me. Its about 1/2 the size of a quarter. I'm thinking that when I switch to my snow tires (with there own rims), I can maybe repair this myself.

My question is, what is the exact color of our rims? This Wurth German Alloy Silver Wheel Lacquer looks very close:

How about get them all polished or powdercoated?

 

Sounds great, but too much $$$ right now. I'd rather do it myself, I just want the color to match the original color on the rims.
