Sticky switch

One of the switches for my heated seats is a bit sticky. It takes quite a bit of force to turn them on and off. Any suggestions on how to loosen it up? I was thinking of squirting some WD-40 along the edges of the switch, but I want to make sure I don't pull a move and drown some electrical parts.

Thanks,
Doug

i spilled Hot Chocolate on my heated seat buttons and they were very sticky, i soaked it a little in Meguiars Natural Shine Vinyl & Rubber Protectant, no problems now
