I need you peoples advices......Please look

Ok i have had my car for 2 years now and about 4 months ago my CD player(stock in dash 6er) started acting up, cds kept skipping. So I take to the dealer (still under warranty) and they replace the radio. Then it started acting up again about 1 month ago (only one side would play music). I was just over warranty 36005 or something like that. After I called nissan north america I got them to still replace it under warranty. So not one week after I have left the dealership my freaking cd player has started skipping again. Do you think I stand a chance in hell of getting them to replace it yet again, I am at about 37k now. OR should I just say f*ck it because even if they do it will just f*ck up anyway, and go get an aftermarket. Please advise

All repairs from my Nissan dealer come with a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty regardless of your car's warranty status. Look on the back of your repair paperwork...

End of warrenty or not they should give you 90 days or 3k miles on replacement parts.
Have em give you another one.
A lot of this kind of part is sent out to get refurbished, not a new part.
This could be why you are having so much trouble.
