Source for red vinyl used to red out amber tails?
Hey -
I would like to try the trick in the howto's, but I don't know where to get that red vinyl stuff. I followed a link in one of the instruction pages, but it was for a manufacturer, and there wasn't a distributor in my area.
Does anyone know where to get a small amount of this stuff, or want to go in for a group purchase if a large amount is the least one can get?
Thanks!

go to wally world......
walmart or any automotive store sells the vinyl tail light tape. It is about 1.5" - 2" wide and comes on a roll. Just use a heat gun, or 2 hours with a blow dryer. As it heats up, stretch it real good and make sure you dont get any air bubbles.
Most people prefer to just use some nice red clear coat.......
works just as well, and instead of having slight color differences on the reds, they all look the same color.
