Best Track in the DC Metro ???

I have tried 75-80 (which was plenty slippery) and Capital Raceway. Has anyone tried Cecil County? If I'm gonna drive an hour or more to run, I'd like to have a chance for a good e/t.

Thanks

I went to 75-80 once and it seemed to have pretty poor conditions. MIR in southern MD is fukken awesome. If my car starts, i will be going there tomorrow.
