MAXIMA.ORG STICKERS: the truth is out there!

this is what my .ORG sticker looks like after only sporting it for a few months.

major letter peelage! yes, kids...this is what can happen to your beloved ORG stickers when you wash your car every week.

on second thought...perhaps i've stumbled upon a conspiracy of sorts. are ORG stickers deliberately engineered by those in charge here NOT to last in order to assure repeat sales?

or...have i unraveled an even larger plot. maybe the ORG and those of us who have bought stickers are simply innocent victims of a deviant sticker manufacture. is the maker of our ORG stickers purposely skimping on stickiness to save money and extend profit margins?

i'm not sure...but i intend to get to the bottom of this!

agent "fishhouse" is on duty - taking names and kicking ****!

maybe, like all good maximas, it just didn't want to be that close to apex tuning so it's commiting sticker-cide

lol

maybe its an even bigger conspiracy. Maybe the moderators of maxima.org are really civic owners trying to take our money and make our cars look even uglier when letters are missing. Two hits in one shot. conspiracy i tell ya, conspiracy

installation error.

I've had my stickers on my car for over two years, and not a single part of it has come off.
I use power washers and scrub on them on a regular basis.

so don't whine about your inability to properly prep the surface before applying the stickers.

I dont find repping the Maxima.org community homosexual (gay). And my sticker has withstand many harsh car-washes, Im guessing you did not clean the surface good.

The 2nd generation stickers (italicized ones) seem to be more prone to peeling than the first generation stickers (non-italixized).

Didya clean the surface with alcohol before applying to make sure all greases and waxes are removed before installation? Ive used pressure washer too hasnt came off yet. Didya make sure you used the force to press them against the window for maximum stickage?

No...not unless you stand there with the nozzle that can pretty much cut through concrete and at point blank range blast your car...

I use the 45^ angle tip for rinsing and wheel washing, and I use the low pressure nozzle for applying soap and such. What do you think the touchless car washes do to clean your car? It's actually the same PSi rating as my presure washer...

I've had my stickers on for almost 3 years and they haven't peeled yet.
